Meer Clothings processes and dispatches all in‑stock orders within one to two business days after payment or Cash‑on‑Delivery verification, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Once packed, parcels are handed to our trusted courier partners—primarily Leopards, TCS and Blue‑Ex—who deliver to every city and town across Pakistan. Standard delivery to major urban centres such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi typically takes two to five business days, while outlying or remote areas may require three to seven business days. Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout and are calculated by weight, destination and chosen service speed; orders that meet the advertised free‑shipping threshold are automatically upgraded at no extra cost. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse you will receive an email or SMS confirmation containing a tracking number that allows real‑time monitoring on the courier’s website. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the address provided; therefore, please ensure that the shipping information you enter is complete and accurate, and that someone is available to receive the parcel during normal business hours. While Meer Clothings works closely with logistics partners to meet stated timelines, unforeseen events—such as severe weather, political disturbances or carrier network disruptions—may occasionally cause delays; we will notify you promptly and endeavour to keep you updated until your order arrives safely. If your package appears to be lost, damaged in transit or delayed beyond the estimated window, contact our customer‑care team within seven days so we can file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
